Please can you let me know how I can add in the Aviary key in the Pro Version

I had N-Media WooCommerce Personalized Product Meta Manager (version 7.9) installed on a website and I had trouble validating the product key. I noticed in the code the API call was validating against http://wordpresspoets.com/ which is offline so was returning null.

I went to my client area and the saw I could download N-Media WooCommerce PPOM version so I purchased this and installed it.

This required me to install the Free version (N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO) off WordPress plugins to work with N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO.

I was then able to validate my API key.

I then need to add in my Aviary key however there is no field in the UI to add this in. There is a buy this add-on green button, so I clicked and purchased but it just gave me another key for the Pro plugin? So now I have two keys for the PRO plugin? Also resetting the old keys didn’t seem to work.

Please can you let me know how I can add in the Aviary key as it is very unclear of the process.

Hi Robert,

You need to add PPOM API key on main menu where you will be asked to add. And aviary api key is needed insided PPOM field when you create new field set. You will see option to add aviary api they.

And make sure you get Aviary API key from adobe/aviary, don’t use our API Key for Aviary.

Thank you for the reply, I have indeed added in the API key on the first page.

I am using the File Upload and there is not a field for the API key on my screen. There is a label with the text “Allow users to edit photos by Aviary API, make sure that Aviary API Key is set in previous tab.” but there isn’t a previous tab.

Thank you, I now see the link at the bottom of the page for the add on.

I think this process could be clearer to get to the Aviary add on as it seems like you need to purchase the plugin at the top again.
