Plugin doesn't show up

I’ve installed the plugin, configured the options and nothing shows up on the page the plugin is supposed to be on. I’m not a WordPress guru but I have managed to build several websites with this platform and they are more than basic sites.

The shortcode doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas?

Yes, as I stated in my original post, I have pasted the shortcode into a new page and nothing shows up. I even played with using the full-width and default templates but nothing seems to be working.
