I have PPOM Pro and I enable PPOM Cart edit but it does not appear on the cart page. Please help

I installed the file which I downloaded from the portal after the purchase and it is active. I also enabled it under Woocommerce settings.

Hi,

The issue in cart item’s visibility. If you see item in cart it’s permalink (url) is not active, it’s because some product settings like out of stock or product catelog visibility settings. So once product is visible cart edit link link with be shown.

Thanks for the reply but again this is just not helpfull. the answer is too vague and till now you did not have a look at the website. Just sending me generic answers that does not help and give me the impression you are buying time. The Plugin should be easy to install and see it working or at least flag why it is not activated and this is lacking in your plugin.

I removed all the out of stock on the products that I have (by the way no relationship with the live product ) and still it does not work. I did not install the category visiblity plugin in the woocomerce so I’m not sure what to look at?
Did you have a look at the website?
I’m trying to use the other promoted plugin in your website which does not come cheap if we add up the costs of all of them (I bought almost all of them and no one is working till now). This is starting to delay all my plans as I’m holding, developers, designers and at daily basis I’m just receiving generic answer. If it does not work just tell me that straight and we will look for anther supplier.

Hi Ana,

I looked at your website and added to cart, how can I give vague responses without looking at your site. Cart edit addon is working solution, why I will be selling solution which is not working.

Anyways, send site login details via ceo@najeebmedia.com I will check if some settings affecting cart item linking. It’s only issued on cart item permalink. If you see the cart, all items have the link. but your product does not have link and our cart edit addon tightly integrated with WooCommerce hooks.
