ParticipantHi.
We have a problem with the PPOM Conditional Logic Not Working with one of our listings. Our web developers have said it is a JavaScript error with the plugin if you can look into this please and advised how we can get this resolved.
Link To Product:
– Type in a width and height measurement and click submit
– Select one of the patterns (Fleur De Lee, Heart, Mouse, Butterfly, Cubes)
– There should be an orientation box appear with the condition logic but does not come up.P.S. Only this listing is causing a problem, we have other listings with the logic set up and is working fine.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

KeymasterHi Craig,
you need to create the conditional logic field/meta again. I think you cloned it. Sometime cloned conditional fields don’t work.

ParticipantHi.
Thank you for your reply.
I’ve added a couple of test meta options to a grille product (just a yes/no field and a conditional field to display).
This field with just the two options initially worked, showing the conditional field only when the Yes option was selected.
I then added a ‘Maybe’ option and set the conditional field to show for ‘yes’ and ‘maybe’ options, and this no longer worked.
I then removed the ‘Maybe’ option, and the Yes/No option then no longer worked either.
It is looking like a fundamental issue with the plugin itself, Unsure how to resolve it to work with multiple options.
Kind Regards

KeymasterCraig,
make sure you don’t have the new conditional logic option checked from PPOM settings (WooCommerces->settings->PPOM Settings)

ParticipantHi.
Yes that has done the trick.
It is now loading the condition logic options on the grilles.
It does say next to that option it is in beta so hopefully sorted out in future releases for that option.
Thank you for your help.
Kind Regards
