PPOM Fields disappears after saving (backend)

Hello,
i have following problem.
i have a group with 14 Meta Fields, when i add some Fields and save, so the last Fields of the list disappears.
Before i had no Problem with other groups with even more fields (strange)
I also see that when i installed PPOM Autocomplete/Multiselect Addon and add the Multiselect Field, so the hole Site freeze and not loading.
After i delete the PPOM Autocomplete/Multiselect Addon and then happened the disappears Problems. But i don’t know if it’s the cause
Could it be the reason or have something else same problem?

I found out HTML Field Conditions are not working

HTML/Section fields can also be conditionally loaded. Make sure you are setting it correctly.
