Welcome to our Support Portal › Forums › WooCommerce Personalized Product Options Manager (PPOM) › PPOM issue when cart has existing item for logged in users
October 10, 2018 at 7:05 am #9636
When the cart has an existing item and then I opened a product with PPOM, a Total is appearing under the PPOM box option (I selected “do not show price table”) in the product page which sums up the amount in the cart, the amount of the product I have not added yet in the cart, and the amount of bundled items if it’s a product bundle so I am getting a very large Total. Also, when I selected a PPOM option, the amount is not being added to the product price.
Here is our sample product page with PPOM
Please note that there is no problem if PPOM is for guests users.
Let me know where can I send a screenshot and login details for a custom role so you can check the issue.
Thank you and looking forward to your help.

When I select option on product it show correct total:
OPTION TOTAL $316.00
PRODUCT PRICE – $1,005.75 X 1 $1,005.75
And same total 1321 is being showing in cart.
But I noticed one thing your site didn’t calculated total on product and it was JS erros on your site. So your site need to be worked to fix these errors.October 11, 2018 at 6:57 am #9648
Here is a proper steps to reproduce:
1. go to the url: http://dev.powertec.com.au/product/cel-fi-go-emergency-vehicle-kit-shark-fin-cellular-gps/
2. choose any of the extended warranty addon options
3. add the product to the cart. (currently you are a guest role)
4. going to the cart (calculates with no issues)
5. when logging in, using the customer credentials (as different role, e.g. dealer)
the calculations are now become messed up.
(the dealer has different pricing, lower than the retailer or guest)
Please let us know if you need further clarifications, maybe we can do screenshare via skype.
