PPOM Pro & WCFM Ultimate Error

Hi,

We’re using WCFM Ultimate and PPOM Pro. When you’re logged in as a ‘vendor’ editing products we get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when trying to Create New Meta, or Edit existing Meta.
Please advise?

Hi Gravin,

Vendors cannot access PPOM page, however you can make little changes in capabilites of PPOM menu to allow vendors to access.

We may also add this feature to allow admin to set rights to access PPOM settings page.

Can you explain more what you mean by “make little changes in capabilites of PPOM menu to allow vendors to access”? How would I go about doing this?

Ok, inside classes/class.admin.php near line 26 you will a script which attaching menu page like:

$this -> menu_pages		= array(array('page_title'	=> $this->plugin_meta['name'],
				'menu_title'	=> 'WooConvo',
				'cap'			=> 'manage_options',
				'slug'			=> 'wooconvo-settings',
				'callback'		=> 'main_settings',
				'parent_slug'		=> 'woocommerce',)
			);

You see cap is set to manage_options, you need to change so other users/roles can access this.
