Just recently one of our oldest PPOMs started not to work, i.e. it shows all correct, but does not send pries to the cart. We have many PPOMs attire, and they all work very fine. So did this one until recently. The only thing we made was a small update on the prices in the PPOM, and after this it did not work (found out now, a few days later). This is one of our oldest PPOM, and it has not been updated for several years. I do not know if this could have something to do with it.
I searched the forum, and found that one issue might be that there are NONE unique data names. I checked all the PPOMs we have, and I can not see that there should be another one like any of theses.
I do see that we have made copies of other PPOMS and just changed the names, and kept most of the other data names in here, but they all seem to work fine (I guess you mean that it is INSIDE a PPOM that there can not be two same data names?).
We have one Swedish and one English version of the same PPOM (I know, it might be possible to use Multilingual for this, but we want to have two separat ones). However, the data names are not the same, so it should not be the issue. And this has worked fine for many years now.
Anyway, this is now a bit urgent, so I kindly ask for your prompt help on this.

I also should add that it is both the Swedish and the English version of the same particular PPOM that is not working. All other (both Swedish and English) are working well. Just this one, is not working in both Swedish and English version.

Yes, the PPOM that is not working, we are using for car mats, this one example: https://www.toplift.se/hem/bilmattor_skraddarsydda_personliga/alfa-romeo-bilmattor-skraddarsydda-och-personliga/
Try and make the elections, and you see they show up correct at the bottom, also summarize the total price. But when you put into the cart, it forgets all the “add on” prices (the actual selections are still present, just not remembering to add also the prices).

That is strange, please try again, I can view it, just checking now.
It might be because of where youre server or computer is located possible, some IP sections has been blocked from entering the site, as we seen a lot of bad spam traffic from these. We even made a section based on region (i.e. regions never buying from us only putting mal ware and spam). thing could perhaps be the reason, apart from this I do not know.
Perhaps you could try to use private browser to try and get to the link? It is active and showing.

Starting to get a little frustrating now. Please kindly try and help. As mentioned above, all other PPOM Metas are working just fine. There is two of them that are not working (i.e. moving correct total price to the cart, only moving the base product price and not the added options).
I think we have about 70 PPOMs, of which only these two do not work (same category of products). I kindly ask for help in this matter. Many thanks.

I am sorry, it does not feel so friendly and customer oriented, to give this answer to me know, about 3 weeks after first posting the question. I can of course buy the necessary support time for another year (did not actually know it was a yearly based fee to get any support).
I think you would make many other pleased if you from now on could start the thread by informing if the have the support license or not, easy to check. Customer do not have to wait 3 weeks to start possibly get any help.
We are happy with the plugin in general, and the previous support given. Now we are back to just normal, as waiting 3 weeks to understand no support will be given until paying for more support, that is not good. Sorry.
