pricing matrix

hi

i am trying to create a pricing matrix that does the following is this doable?

if the user selects a color, size an quantity, ppom appears where they have to select an image. now the pricing applied to this image for 1 piece is £5. however, if the user selects 20 pieces at the start the pricing applied to the image will now be £3

how do I go about setting this up?

with price matrix can you use different logic fields for each price breakdown, so for each quantity depending on which price matrix the user has a different field will show?
