Pro version not working after using free version.

Hi.
I downloaded the free version of your WordPress Member Registration Plugin, this worked perfectly, emails were sent out and we were able to create new users. This morning I purchased the Pro version from you. Since uploading this, the plugin no longer works. The page does not redirect after registration you just get a spinning icon for a few seconds, then nothing. No email is sent out and no user is created.

I notice in the client area there is an API Key, it says ‘Status: Pending‘. Does this have any bearing?

We would appreciate your assistance in solving this problem.

please make sure you don’t have any JS error caused by other plugins ad admin site and also share your login detail via sales@najeebmedia.com

Hi.
I worked with the free version and this worked perfectly. I purchased the Pro version from you. Since uploading this, I notice in the client area there is an API Key, it says ‘Status: Pending‘. When I write the api key and push the button “Submit Query” nothing happens, just do not enter, I can’t use the plugin that pays you.

I would appreciate your assistance in solving this problem.
