Dear Sirs,
If I enable conditions the field is not shown anymore, before the update it was all working. I did not change anything. So it has to do with the upgrade.
I disabled the conditions now and then it is working but not as desired ofcourse.
I can enable the conditions again but then I have to do this together with a designer otherwise customers will not be able to order.
I can not keep that situation to long on the website.Thanks for you reaction.
Update with some more information,
If the conditions are enabled the field is never shown, if the condition is disable the field is there.

We have added a new optimized script for conditional fields. Please make sure you clear the cache. And if problem not solved you can revert back to legacy conditional from WooCommerce -> Settings -> PPOM Settings -> Enable legacy Conditional Logic Script (before v20.1)
Yep indeed this solved the problem.
1) How should I clear the cache completly?
2) If it helps to have a login account in the admin part of my website to check what is going wrong, please let me know directly via mail. That can be arranged.BR,
