I managed to install the plugin succesfully. I could design my product and save it. But was not able to add the design to my order by hitting the proceed button. Might this be a conflict with my template? I use Avada.
I downloaded the plug 8.1 and installed it. I added ‘QUANTITY” fields and tested. I notice when purchasing with uploaded images (logo) the plugin triggers (2) emails instead of one… In (1) one of the email it displays the order but with missing “images file name” on the line items and on the (2) second email its blank with one line which states “Following file(s) have been uploaded against this order” Also when applying individual prices and doesn’t work only using global prices.
