I was editing a product and saved it.
I noticed right away PPOM did now show anymore on front-end.
When I rechecked the correct ppom and saved, it was ok again.
Check other product, and there a PPOM was checked, but the name was not loaded….. after saving, again it was gone…
Then I checked it again and saved it again and now the name is showing correctly, After this I have no problems anymore………… Is this a bug?
I cannot reproduce this anymore I think….. don’t know what happened, but seems to be solved by itself…
ok, we noticed serious less orders the last 2 weeks.
We started checking products and noticed that on 10 percent of our products PPOM Meta had been removed from the products.
We had to go one by one checking and relink ppom meta data.
We noticed that indeed, as stated above, the linked PPOM would not show correct in edit product and when saving the data, PPOM is removed completely.
This caused us some serious problems.Hi,
Sorry for this, well as we have added feature to link multiple metas against one product, it may have created some issue, even we tried and tested before luanch it but somewhere it couldn’t link PPOM fields.
So yes better to recheck if you running old version.
I still have these issues…..
When in product overview we select multiple products and add PPOM META, then edit a product in single mode, the PPOM meta title is not visible and not selected. It shows only the id of the meta in the top and its not selected. If you update the product then, no meta is linked anymore….Hi,
I have try to do as you said by edit product many time to see if I could see this error, but everytime I see meta selected with correct titles. I am not sure what’s issue at your end. I remember this issue was popup when client migrated from very old version to latest version. But for now it’s gone.
Try to select an other ppom and save, then reselect the ppom you want and save so it will show the correct settings. This works for me. Seems to be a bug in PPOM. PPOM was not automatically updating in my woo-product.
Unfortunately you must do this on every product which has something changed in its ppom settings.

I have set the PPOM again for each product, which resolved my issue for the products.
However, if I add PPOM to multiple products, from the products overview (list of products) via the actions dropdown, the PPOM is not set correctly…I only have ppom for single products. So i dont’t know if there is an issue. But there is definately a problem with saving in ppom. (as there are more problems, like I have a great problem with quantities: it multiplies the main price instead of the set price for the quantity). Hope Najeeb wil look at all this issues soon.

well as I said before, it was the issue in the earlier version but we have fixed and now it works just fine with latest PPOM PRO v16.0 and PPOM Basic 16.7.

And last mention issue by @kinderfeesten issue is fixed in version 16.8 and releasing today.
