When we go to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpfm-files and enter a client name on the “search user file box”, we see the bug
“Please fill out this field”
under the column “size”.
Note 1: we are running WP file manager 13.8, WP file manager Pro 13.1, and WP file Amazon add-on 13.3, which I assume to be the latest version
Note 2: the bug also shows up if de-activate all plugins, excluding WP file manager 13.8
Please fix the bug, we have a lot of clients uploading files, and we need to search them by name

any update on this bug? Note that I think the bug is about the fact that the plugin doesn’t recognize the size of the files uploaded on Amazon S3

I installed the last version of your plugin:
WP File Manager 13.9
WP File Mangaer PRO 13.9
WP File Mangaer Addon: Amazon S3 Upload 13.3but this bug is still NOT solved
a.) Are we running the latest version of Amazon plugin or there is a new version?
b.) When are you going to solve this bug? It shall be easy for you and it’s important for us

Sorry, we missed this issue in latest udpate, we are working on this and update you in couple of days.
Are you going to do anything about this?
We are a PAYING client adn we submitted a detailed bug report 1 month ago, and all you do is saying “sorry we forgot” and then do nothing for other 2 weeks?

Hi,
We have tested against your report and we were trying to see this bug more deeper but we no such case found as you reported, see screenshot below, we search file ‘2checkout’ in our test server and it searched and display files just fine:
Note. Search User File means, Search Files, not the user. We also updated lable to ‘Search Files’
I will recommend that you should download WPFM and Amazon Add-on one more time and re-install.
