Note 1: we are running WP file manager 13.8, WP file manager Pro 13.1, and WP file Amazon add-on 13.3, which I assume to be the latest version Note 2: the bug also shows up if de-activate all plugins, excluding WP file manager 13.8 Please fix the bug, we have a lot of clients uploading files, and we need to search them by name Cheers Ivan February 14, 2019 at 3:40 pm #10739 nmediaKeymaster Hi Ivan, ok we are working on this and get back to you with fix soon. We are a PAYING client adn we submitted a detailed bug report 1 month ago, and all you do is saying “sorry we forgot” and then do nothing for other 2 weeks? When are you going to fix this bug? March 11, 2019 at 6:45 am #10963 nmediaKeymaster Hi, We have tested against your report and we were trying to see this bug more deeper but we no such case found as you reported, see screenshot below, we search file ‘2checkout’ in our test server and it searched and display files just fine: View post on imgur.com Note. Search User File means, Search Files, not the user. We also updated lable to ‘Search Files’ I will recommend that you should download WPFM and Amazon Add-on one more time and re-install.
