"Select input" field affecting form layout

I am creating a form that most of the fields are 6 columns wide. There is a field with the “select input” field where it has a dropdown and you can set multiple choices. In my form, there is a blank space (6 column width) after the “select input” field. It doesn’t matter what field I put after that field, it always adds a 6 column space.

The “country” and “zip code” fields should be on the same line, and concurrently the “phone number” and “email” should be on the same line as well. The same thing happens further in the form where I have another “select input” field.

Any progress? I sent the login credentials to Ansar Ahmad’s email. At first he didn’t have admin privileges, but after I granted access. So he should be able to login and access the files.
