Select Option Label isn’t working with subsicriptions

Hi, I am trying to change the wording from “Select Options” to “Add to Cart” but it is not showing up on the site.

To change “Select Options”, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> PPOM Options.

That is where i changed it, but it still says “Select Options”.
I have cached the site and refreshed my page, checked on another computer, and on my mobile device. The edit did not take place.

we have just checked with our developerment server with latest PPOMs, we change label to Select Fields and here is the result:
