Hi, I am using pop-up short codes in product descriptions to give my customers extended info on certain options. It works fine on my current theme. However, any other theme I am trying simply displays the short codes (any short codes) as plain text. I already bought a second new premium theme and working on a stage copy of my site right now, and this vital feature is not functioning. The short codes are working anywhere on the site but product options descriptions. Can you, please, give me some pointers on how to make it available on other themes? I disabled other plugins and checked all other site settings, upgraded all plugins, php, sql… and already pulling my hair out. Thanks in advance!

I am not sure what can be issues with shortocde on themes, as it’s beyond the scope of this plugin.
How can I add a script or modify your files so that ANY shortcode would be executed in these two areas (mostly interested in option description area).
