“Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this item” Is displayed on the vendor products page after clicking the green new message bubble

Hi Ian,

Ok let me see this, by the way, we have released a new version of WooConvo today (Version 7.17). Now all the new messages can easily be tracked on the WordPress Dashboard widget. Make sure you download the latest WooCOnvo Pro as well from client portal.

Ok, I have updated to the newest versions. It is still saying “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed To Edit This Item” In the users section the vendor is setup as Vendor. does it need to be vender admin or manager?
