Sync stops at 7/10

As requested, we removed the “|” Product title ID: 353180.

However, it still only imports around 1000 items.

Can you please help us?

Antonio, I have removed the short_description column and run fetch, it worked. So the finding is there is some keyword or data after 1000 products in short_descritions which is not acceptable in processing, we have to find it out, you need to check following five products’s short descriptoins one by one:

340757, 345614, 347655, 353180, 353187

well, set the chunk size to 3 and start fteching and then we can chck wich products are creating issues

I changed the name of an article and it continued to import..
let’s see if it doesn’t stop again

We are trying but it always stops at some article.
Is there no way to skip articles that have problems?

We deleted dozens of products to try to complete the import but without success.

Well, I have requested to shared any of the title so we can try it as our end and then apply fix for this.

We made a few more attempts but your system stops working on some product.

We’ve already wasted too much time.

The only way to solve it was to implement a way for your system to skip products with problems and continue the process until it reaches the end.

It seems to us that it is not something that they can implement in a few days.

So, can you please refund the payment?
