Text in form, not an input field?

Is there a way to insert a text block like contact information? Aside from it being a section description (which is non styled and a continuous paragraph), I only see input fields. I would like to insert in the form something like this:

First name, Last name
Address
City, State, Zip code

Phone
Fax
Email

The closest would look like this:
First name, Last name Address City, State, Zip code Phone Fax Email

Never mind, I figured out that you can put css in there.
