the file viewer is not working

Hi,
I have just purchased and installed the latest version of the plugin.
I uploaded a jpg file and the viewer and download function does not work.
In both cases it sends me to the 404 page of wordpress.

Also in backend
File manager / all files function i see the image thumbnail in the list but i can’t view with the view function.
The problem is present also with pdf files

i solve removing .htaccess file under /wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/ so download and view button works

this plugin is full of bugs and lack of documentation and support, i take the pro version

Thanks for writing me your site details, we have seen and there were some warnings which causing issues while uploading and deleting. Now we have released version 23.1 and it should be just fine.
