Hi there, I tried to upgrade the plugin via FTP and overwriting the files, I then had an error 500. I remove the directory and uploaded a new directory with the files downloaded from my client portal here and the same issue.
The error logs say:
PHP Warning: array_filter() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /nas/content/live/bizconectworld/wp-content/plugins/nm-wp-member-registration-pro/classes/plugin.class.php on line 219
Help please?
January 30, 2018 at 3:43 pm #8313nmediaKeymasterHi Paul,
can you please check that you are on latest version?
January 31, 2018 at 5:16 pm #8329PaulParticipantI have version 3.8
Just tried to re-download and activate it and this is the error I received today:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
Warning: include_once(/nas/content/live/bizconectworld/wp-content/plugins/nm-wp-member-registration-pro/lib/mailchimp/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /nas/content/live/bizconectworld/wp-content/plugins/nm-wp-member-registration-pro 2/classes/plugin.class.php on line 13
January 31, 2018 at 5:34 pm #8330nmediaKeymasterPlease download plugin again and try to install it.
January 31, 2018 at 6:44 pm #8331PaulParticipantI downloaded it again and still getting a fatal error
Warning: include_once(/nas/content/live/bizconectworld/wp-content/plugins/nm-wp-member-registration-pro/lib/mailchimp/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /nas/content/live/bizconectworld/wp-content/plugins/nm-wp-member-registration-pro 3/classes/plugin.class.php on line 13
Do you have something else you can recommend?
January 31, 2018 at 6:45 pm #8332PaulParticipantThis is on a multisite setup if that matters.
February 1, 2018 at 4:38 am #8333nmediaKeymasterHi,
I see something strange in your plugin name, the director name is
nm-wp-member-registration-pro 3
why there is
3
, please remove this and make sure directory name isnm-wp-member-registration-pro

NajeebFebruary 1, 2018 at 5:05 am #8334PaulParticipantI removed the 3 and the space from the directory name, but activating the plugin causes a Server error 500 and crashes php.
February 1, 2018 at 5:14 am #8335nmediaKeymasterPaul,
I don’t know why this directory name is being changed. When you download plugin from client portal make sure it’s downloaded in new location, I think you download plugin on same location and it renames every new plugin with post fix.
February 1, 2018 at 5:19 am #8336PaulParticipantyes all it does it give the folder a different name, so all I did was change that name to the original… that isn’t what’s causing the problem.
