First – where is the product total picked up from –> http://prntscr.com/gqjj6b
I have changed my product type to simple and there are no $$ assigned on the product page but it’s picking from some place.
Second – How do I assign minimum validation to overall items for the product. In this case, I don’t want validation for each color selection but I want customer to have minimum 3 items of the same product selected.
Thank you!September 28, 2017 at 3:08 pm #7928
One workaround for first issue is for me to indicate price is 0 in regular price field of product page, it doesn’t look right to show zero on the product page but that’s the only workaround I see at the moment –> http://prntscr.com/gqsuvt
If I leave regular price in product attribute empty then I don’t see color options as specified in meta attribute quantity field –> http://prntscr.com/gqsx17 . I know I was able to see it yesterday when I first reported the issue. This occurred after I removed 0 from regular price field.
In summary, the only way I see this work is to indicate a base price in regular price field and use Color (quantity) as variation in the price. In this example, $32 or $32.5 as the base price and other color options will reflect the price variation from the base price.
Please tell me how to implement the min validation on this product.October 2, 2017 at 1:35 pm #7946
Hello – Is someone going to suggest how to fix the second issue?October 4, 2017 at 6:38 pm #7953WillyParticipant
I’m having the same issue on calculation of Prices… Calculation are wrong when selecting options…October 11, 2017 at 3:49 pm #7966
I’m very surprised on lack of response/support from the authors of plugin.October 14, 2017 at 1:18 pm #7977
First of all sorry to not to answer this question, we missed this post.
So yes you need to set base price of product because if you don’t put any price in product woocommerce will not consider this product for selling.
So for last question: Setting min validation for options, there is option Min/Max quantity in meta field like this:October 14, 2017 at 1:53 pm #7978
Thanks for finally getting back. In terms of validation, I do have 6 set to begin with for max, I didn’t set min yet because I want to try one validation at a time –> http://prntscr.com/gxbzi9. When I check both min and max validation – the validation does not work and I’m unable to add anything to the cart, in this case, min 3 and max 6.
However, the current validation for max alone is not working, I set max to 6 but I’m able to add more than 6.
In fact, the validation I need is much more complex based on packaged selection between 3, 4 and 6 but I think that’s too much to ask –> https://www.uhrohmuh.com/product/customized-essential-oil-gift-pack/

Ok I see the issue, well we are working on version 10, a major change in PPOM. And we are making UI more better in term of option prices. Here is screenshot of new version being developed:
I will just request you to hold for a week, I hope we will release beta version for this and your max/min issue will be resolved in this and price calculation is so fast and visible to user like above screenshot.
