I see your video again you are using some quick view or popup, PPOM fields works on product page only.

the front end developer is no longer around and I’m a backend developer.. is this something you could send a private quote for? and I mean, I know how to disable the popout but the customer wants it, I’d like the plugin to work on the popout

I have the same issue. We bought your module and it is not at all working. adding any extra does not add to the total prices (this was not the case with the old version of the module). I disabled the ajax feature in the woocommerce as you are suggesitng and it is still not working (setting: woocomerce>settings>Product>Add to basket behaviour and deselect ‘Enable AJAX to add to basket buttons on archives’). and our theme does not contain any woocomerce to start with so all the woocomerce features were added by us. not sure your basic answer will work with us.
So we need please your support. We are now for days trying to contact you about several other issues with the plugin and we do not receive any concrete answer. We sent all the details to connect to our staging website and you need to understand this is urgent. We are getting a lot of drop out as we can’t really upgrade to this new version of the module. do you have same issue? like fields are showing in popup? And we have given reply on this already. PPOM fields will not work for Popups, and if you have other issue please better to open other post, or if you already have post see for reply there.
