Name / Custom Text Stickers currently the plugin is not calculating correctly causing a loss in sales. Please look into this asap and release a fix so I can make sales again. Thank you! February 11, 2019 at 4:35 pm #10683 nmediaKeymaster Hi, I just checked your link by adding some quantities in variations and matched price on product and cart page. February 11, 2019 at 7:21 pm #10687 firstname.lastname@example.orgParticipant Please check again and note that the product price is $5 however a required selection of a sticker size and quantity is not calculating correctly. Each item that is added is multiplying the product base cost not the option costs. i.e. 3 x 1″ sticker should be $1.50 plus the $5 product fee for a $6.50 total not $15?!? Please help this is the 3rd time we have had this issue and the last time it was an error fixed in 16.3? Please see previous ticket for calculation issues. Thank you! February 13, 2019 at 5:02 am #10710 nmediaKeymaster Hi, can you please share your direct link to page with variation quantities? I lost it. February 13, 2019 at 9:43 am #10719 kinderfeestenParticipant same here, check the link to my site. Worked well before the update, unfortunately not anymore. February 13, 2019 at 9:44 am #10721 SinklarParticipant Same here, it multiplies the base price instead of adding option price. February 13, 2019 at 9:49 am #10723 SinklarParticipant I just checked further by restoring previous versions of the main plugin. The price calculation issue didn’t happen with woocommerce-product-addon version 16.5, but started with 16.6 and then 16.7. February 14, 2019 at 2:29 pm #10732 nmediaKeymaster Hi there, ok we got the issue and releasing version 16.8 with a fix. February 15, 2019 at 4:09 pm #10750 nmediaKeymaster Hi, we couldn’t release version 16.8 officially WP, but here is link to download for you quick fix. We will release same version after some testing (in couple of days). And next to add to cart is a strange field that has a number 222 and gives a error when you like to add the product in the basket. Check my site February 19, 2019 at 6:46 am #10762 nmediaKeymaster Hi @kinderfeesten, make sure you have checked option to include base price from variation quantities setting like: View post on imgur.com February 19, 2019 at 10:33 am #10765 kinderfeestenParticipant It is checked on: see image Result (not adding base price even while checked on) is seen in my product check it here. February 19, 2019 at 2:15 pm #10767 nmediaKeymaster Hi, make sure you have set this setting for all quantities input. February 20, 2019 at 8:49 am #10778 kinderfeestenParticipant Thanx it finally works 🙂 February 22, 2019 at 1:53 am #10794 BrianParticipant Dear nmedia, I requested for a refund but after finding this post with the fix, I have decided to not go through with the refund.
