Vendor messages to customers not working

Hello. I’m using the Woocommerce Vendors plugin and I’m not able to send messages to the customer from the vendor view.

I see the chat box on both the order itself and the vendor dashboard, but when I sent the message from the vendor side, it just refreshes the page and doesn’t send. Can you please help me get the core functionality of this plugin working?
