Where is the Data Stored?

Where is the form information stored because it appears that I have an error after my last change and uninstalling the plugin doesn’t appear to clear this data (for some reason). This plugin also doesn’t appear to have its own table in the database so I’m just wondering how/where to clear this information. Thank you in advance.

all meta fields are created in a table nm_personalized.

Huh, maybe I don’t remember my way around multisite tables. Sorry for not explaining things well, but I think I’m just trying to do too many things at once lately. Anyways, the error I’m seeing now is:

Warning: Illegal string offset ‘wpcomments_comment_heading’ in /…/wp-content/plugins/wp-comment-fields-pro/templates/admin/settings.php on line 48

Any help would be appreciated and thanks for the response.
