Could this plugin be made compatible with TI WooCommerce Wishlist for variations?
It saves all the data in the wishlist for single products, but not for variations… It would also be nice to have personalized options made available for variations as well.

TI Wishlist has worked with me to get their plugin working with your plugin. Its compatible now.
Is there also a way to call a product with certain options enabled?
Like https://url/product/productname/?attribute_attribute_name=attribute_option
