We have added WooConvo Pro to our plugins on top of the existing free plugin,. We are unable to see the messaging facility on the Booking details page. Previously this has been setup but unfortunately we are unable see this anymore. This is a key feature of our site. and need to fixed asap.
We are running the latest version of the booking plugin as well as the wooconvo pro.

I would assume this would imply that this is a booking plugin issue then? I have removed all customization for the bookings plugin from the child theme and it still persists.
