Using PPOM Personalized Product Options Manager on this page

Licence has been entered (not sure why but shows rejected in my account)

However when I add image, I am getting the following error

You cannot upload the file at this time, please refresh the page and try again. Note that your current option choices will be reset.

This is very intermittent and I have disabled other plugins and changed theme and still the same. Any chance of checking this out asap as it is a live site

Right my support may be expired but my licence keys are still valid. Also check in my account why it tells me licence keys rejected.
