paul at connex digital marketing dot com (no spaces)
I already did! Are you saying I need to send it to you again?
So have you figured it out?
Where in settings, I’ve not seen these.
I sent the login details to email@example.com and you logged in, then notified me that you needed plugin permissions, I simply upgraded your account to be able to manage plugins. I have not changed your login information.
plugin permissions given.
Email just sent. Please verify.
you should have an email at firstname.lastname@example.org from our site with an invitation to be an admin.
yes all it does it give the folder a different name, so all I did was change that name to the original… that isn’t what’s causing the problem.
I removed the 3 and the space from the directory name, but activating the plugin causes a Server error 500 and crashes php.
This is on a multisite setup if that matters.
I downloaded it again and still getting a fatal error

Do you have something else you can recommend?
I have version 3.8
Just tried to re-download and activate it and this is the error I received today:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
