Right my support may be expired but my licence keys are still valid. Also check in my account why it tells me licence keys rejected.

Yeah that’s the weird thing. It works perfectly fine for me. But the client who owns the site above is getting issues on an intermittent basis as are his customers. I cant wrap my head around it and have tried multiple browsers to try replicate this. I have tried to deactivate other plugins too but still get the same result in addition to clearing the WP Rocket cache and other server side caches.
The only thing I can think of at this stage is some browser level caching due to the expires headers in htaccess that could be causing this locally on the CX and their visitor devices. Does this sound plausible to you?

Ok so in that case does this mean that only google fonts can be used so if edwardian script is not a google font, it cant be used, i.e. if its a font from another provider like the documentation originally stated?
Adding to the fonts folder and the custom font css file?
Im sorry but its still not working, I have followed the same guidelines as provided previously and there are still fonts on this page that do not show the correct preview

That is not how edwardian script is meant to look.
Please fix asap remembering only the product in question is allowed to be worked on for testing and the nmediatest ppom setting. You shall not edit any other products.

This still is not working. While it does show the names of the font, it does not actually show the correct preview of the font. All of the fonts show the same on the front end and I have added a number of fonts and only 1 looks different, can you advise asap as this site is live already.

You should be able to login with your existing credentials.
You will also find that for the above product – the following PPOM setting is in place – “Nmediatest”
I ask that you do not alter any other rules in there as this is now a live site.

Sorry but can you update this please? I am still waiting for an answer on this. If you cant update it, you can refund for the addon. Its been almost a week.
