Thanks for your reply. We had to remove it because it was causing issues and the client does not want to set up a staging site at the moment… hopefully you can try to reproduce the issue in-house. I never did anything “special”… just create a custom meta data with multi-check boxes that are required and have other basic text fields before and after. Try the complete checkout process and see if you get the checkbox data in the order as expected.
