Was this ever resolved – I’m experiencing the same problem.
I go through the setup and when I get to the bottom where it says to choose the template, I select Subscriber Alert –> then click the Insert Template’s HTML below and it just spins like it’s thinking. Unfortunately it doesn’t get beyond the thinking stage.
