Hello,
All was working fine but now this problem has come up again.
All digital/virtual purchases from our WooCommerce store that are paid through via your 2checkout plugin end up as “Pending Payment” even through that payment has been processed in 2Checkout portal. Due to this all our customers are complaining on not receiving the PDF files immediately. We have to manually complete the order to have it processed. All paypal transactions get completed automatically.
It wasn’t the case before. When customer pays, 2checkout approves the payment, WooCommerce gets an update for processed payment, the order is completed and the customer gets the files.

Do you need to check what changes you have made since this is not working? and also better if you turn to debug log on and share log with me.

It used to happen before as well but not as regular. Anyways I’ve turned on Debug Logging. Will post once I get some sales with card payments.

Only happens for virtual/Digital sales. The order stays in “Pending Payment” after customer pays via card and does not receive the digital files. I have to manually “Complete the order” to have the files sent to them which results in delays due to time difference.
It works without any problems with paypal payments.
Well, I figured out the issue and fix, issue. Can you please re-install 2checkout version 8.0 from client portal.
Standard Payment Method – Redirect to 2checkout.
I’ve reinstalled the plugin. Let’s see how it goes.
