add on texter

Hello, I have your add on texter
item 1- I would like to disable the price display that is in the lower right of the texter window.
I understand I can leave the “Character/word Price” meta field blank, but then it just shows $0.00, I dont want this to show at all.

item 2- can you include a meta to control the height of the texter window, you currently have a meta to control the width, just need height also.
