Add to Cart Button Does Not Add to Cart

Not sure if this is the correct forum …

Any product with the PPOM fields attached no longer adds to the cart. The product page just reloads, nothing is added to the cart, no error message. Also if you add to the cart without entering the required field data, there is also no error message. This did work all OK earlier, then stopped with an update. This also stopped working with the previous version of WooCommerce.

Products are added to the cart OK if they do not have PPOM fields.

did you install any plugin similar to extra fields or addon? or any setting which may be conflicting with PPOM…

any feedback will help to resolve this issue.

There are no other extra fields or addon plugins installed.

I deactivated all other non PPOM plugins, except the Generate Press (Premium) theme plugin, and still the same problem.

But if I keep all the other plugins activated and deactivate the Generate Press (Premium) theme plugin, then all works OK. So it appears the PPOM / PPOM PRO and GP Premium have a conflict.

Update; The conflict is with the GeneratePress theme, GP Premium plugin, WooCommerce module. GP states they have not made any changes to that particular module recently.

PPOM is working fine for all themes and plugins without any issue so if one specific plugin or theme issue with PPOM it means it has some blocking script or overrides the hooks. Better if you also involve their support and we will also try to look at our end.

All is OK now.

The conflict is with the Generate Press (Premium) theme plugin, Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce > Display add to cart panel on scroll. If you UNcheck this option, then all works OK. This option is not necessary if you are using custom variations.
