I set up a variable priced product in the backend of woocommerce and then added some variations in PPOM. The problem I”m having is that unless I choose a default value from the woocommerce variations, the add to cart button is unavailable. https://delucafarms.com/product/italian-ruscus/
June 27, 2019 at 1:11 pm #12721RobertParticipantI need to get this working as soon as possible. Please help.

Thanks for reaching us, we have received your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to response your question.June 28, 2019 at 12:44 am #12728nmediaKeymasterHi Robert,
It’s a default behavior if woocomece variations like disable the add to cart button unless it is selected. It’s not related to our plugin and we can’t change this behavior.
June 28, 2019 at 1:07 am #12729RobertParticipantIs there a way to make the variations in ppom default with custom php to eliminate this problem?
June 28, 2019 at 1:11 am #12730RobertParticipantBefore I purchased your plugin, I sent this link https://www.fiftyflowers.com/product/gold-flecked-white-hydrangea.htm to sales, and I was told your plugin would be able to replicate it.
June 28, 2019 at 7:21 am #12740nmediaKeymasterRobert, Yes you send us this. But you why are using WC variations then? you can use PPOM radio input instead and it will be the same as the ref URL.
June 28, 2019 at 12:09 pm #12743RobertParticipantPlease explain how I can do this without first using a WC variation. If I do it as a fixed price item in the backend of WC, the base price is automatically charged to the customer. Could I send you the wp-admin and you set up on product for my reference.
June 28, 2019 at 12:10 pm #12744RobertParticipantI meant set up one product. sorry for the typo
June 29, 2019 at 2:05 pm #12752nmediaKeymasterRober,
1. please create a Simple product instead Variable
2. then create Radio options inside PPOM meta group
3. attach this meta-group to this newly created productJune 29, 2019 at 5:30 pm #12753RobertParticipantI created a Simple Product: https://delucafarms.com/product/leather-leaf/
I made a price for the product and the radio options are available but the base price is included. That is not what I need. I need for only the ppom option prices to be available.

June 30, 2019 at 1:47 pm #12755nmediaKeymasterHi Robert,
Please set Product price to ‘0’.
July 2, 2019 at 2:15 am #12764RobertParticipantSetting the price to 0 doesn’t add any charges to the product but the $0 appears as the price on the product and category page. I’m fairly satisfied with the plugin but disappointed that I was told your plugin could do something it can’t.
July 4, 2019 at 5:14 am #12791nmediaKeymasterHi Rober,
we have released version 18.0, it has option to hide product price/category pages price via PPOM settings.
