Hi – On the site where I’m using the PPOM Pro plugin, the Ajax based validation is correctly returning error messages when required information is missing – but even as the error message is being displayed, the product (with incomplete info) is still being saved to the WooCommerce cart.
Then, when the customer inputs the missing values and adds to cart, they find their cart has duplicate products – one complete, and one (or more) incomplete.
I know the Ajax validation is identified as beta (so your support of it may be limited), but I was wondering if this was a known problem with the Ajax validation, or if you knew of a way to correct it. Ideally, we’d like to keep Ajax validation active, as some of our PPOM forms are complex and it keeps customers from losing several inputs worth of data if they forget to complete one required item.
