Auto sync does not work

Hi, I put the plug-in again so that it is updated every hour, but again it did not work, go back to what I was told last time and deactivate the plug-in and activate again, but without results, so I uninstalled and installed again and still not working.

The cron-ob in WordPress triggers not exactly the time set, it’s when someone accesses/refreshes the page and time is also reached that limit..
