I would like to make a complaint about the poor support being provided.
Before purchasing the plugin, I asked if my wish was possible with your PRO version. They said yes.
in the end it is not possible at all and my emails are not answered.
I assume you will either answer my email properly or refund my money.

The paint can be mixed in every existing colour.In order to allow our customers to choose from these colours, we want to offer a color card, which is automatically linked to the product, for an overview and to use a price per colour.

Yes, you can create different color palettes like this https://www.verfwinkel.nl/sikkens-rubbol-xd-gloss-base.html using color palettes inputs. Did you try to add color palettes into your site, if yes please share the product page URL.
We have around 5.000 colours, which the custumers can choose from.
To simply place a few colours below the product variations was never my question.
