Calculate additional percenatage % based on total price

Hi, I’d like to be able to multiply the price of my product.
In my case I have a base material that costs 10$/m2
I’ve set the product to cost 0,001$ so then when I calculate custom sizes (like 100cmx100cm=10$)

Now. I have a second option of material, which is 50% more expensive – 15$/m2
When I select it the price remains 10$ for 1m2 (because of the base price)

Another example I have is a predermined size of 200cm x 80cm = 1.6m2 x 10$ = 16$
Then again, whhen I choose the other material, the price doesnt change, but It should become 24$.

How can I calculate based on the total price?
