I purchased the Bulk Product Sync with Google Sheets PRO plugin via your website a while ago. If I want to update the plugin via WordPress, I receive an error, that I cannot update. Is it possible to transfer my subscription to the woocommerce.com account where my email is jelmermm@gmail.com?

Hi,

You need to download PRO version from clients.najeebmedia.com and install it manually.
