Can't Assign Multiple Options

Every time I use the “attach to products” button and assign it to a second option it deletes the initial option. I thought you could have multiple options with the pro version.

I went directly into the database and added the following as a test:
Option 1 is additional sets which is a pull-down menu that effects price
Post_ID = 12060
_product_meta_id = 2

Option 2 is a personalizaation
Post_ID (Item #) = 12060
_product_meta_id = 7

Both items show they are attached to the same product but only 1 shows up on the product page.
