Category updates in Sheets not syncing

When I update the category allocation of products in google sheets and then sync to the WP site, the changes in sheets disappear and changes are not carried through to WP.

Where am I going wrong?

Fwiw, I get a “no data to sync” message when I try to sync.

How do I share screenshots – I can’t see an attachment button on the forum, and the text box seems text only?

Hi Rolf,

I see your sheet and site you just shared. The total categories inside your store are 12 and that’s why it will only fetch 12 categories 🙂

Secondly, I just updated category from sheet to WP and it’s working just fine.
