“Change Any Text” feature not working with specific string

Hi there, my store is currently located at: https://8gd.a71.myftpupload.com/products/

At checkout (https://8gd.a71.myftpupload.com/quote/), step number 2 is titled “Delivery & Payment”. I want to change this title to “Customer Information”.

I have used the Change Any Text feature for many other strings with no problem, I have this line entered properly: “Delivery & Payment | Customer Info” (without quotes), but the text will not change.

Any suggestions? Is the ampersand causing trouble? I’ve also tried entering “Delivery & Payment | Customer Info” which doesn’t work either.

Hi Connor,

I see, well sometimes strings are being rendered from other plugins or themes which are not properly localized (hard coded) and thus our plugin cannot filter these and miss for translation.

Thanks for your help, I believe I found a place to customize the text from within my theme.
