Checkout PRO plugin is breaking my order

Hello,

Is there a possibility to add fields into checkout without replacing whole checkout? I just want to add file to the end, but if I am activating the plugin, the Country drop down menu is visible, and my shop is selling stuff only for one country so its senseless to keep it.

you can load the default checkout fields and then add the extra field in the end.

Hey! Yes, but the Country Drop Down Menu is Visible, which is senseless on my page. I can not disable the Country field, because this field is required for the shipping calculation. Is there any way to set the default value of country to specific one? eg. Poland?
