conditions do not work

I use PPOM PRO, and conditions do not work in the last field. It is also not possible to add pictures!
Is there any restriction in the number of fields? I currently use 23 fields for a product.
The conditions I set disappear when I save all the fields. It has worked before, but not now after updating.
Installed:
N-Media WooCommerce PPOM ver, 16.0
N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO ver, 15.6

Hi,

Make sure you clear the cache and try again to add conditions. This time you need to add condition value your self in new version rather then value in drop down.

Ok I see, you see you have also one notice about php max var inputs, so you need to increase your php max var input limit if you have large number of inputs.

I have set the “max_input_vars” to 8000 and the “post_max_size” ti 128M. But it is still as before.
I also have updatea to the latest version.
What else can it be?

if you remove last field it works for others?

All fields except the last one work as they should, whether or not the last field is deleted.
I have deleted the last field and added a new one from scrath. but the result is the same.
Both PPOM and PPOM PRO are updated to the last version.
I have also deleted all lines in the form to reduce the number of fields, but the error persists.
PHP version is 7.2
