Conditions don't work at all

The conditions don’t work at all? What could be the reason? Am I missing something? Attached is a screen recording.

Hi Lievelabels.nl, I did saved it but still it won’t give any option for conditions. I also disabled all the plugins except Woocommerce,PPOM and PPOM pro + WordPress default theme but no luck. There might be a hidden settings that would give me the option, that’s the only guess I have left with.

Do you have any errors in browser console?

Hi Maya,

For conditions, you must have select/radio/checkbox input dragged on top and then it’s options will be shown following fields.

Hi nmedia,

I was having issues with Conditions, but after reading your comment above I changed my Condition deciding field to a Radio input from an Image input.

My next question now – can the conditions based on Radio input be used to show / hide a Step element (container element having 4-6 other Text inputs)?
