how can i have 2 email templates : 1 for message from shopadmin to customer, 1 for message from customer to shopadmin
I’d like to add in the template a direct link to order, but it could be the admin link or customer link depending the template

Hi Laurent,

we are working on WooConvo Vesion 8 and it will have this feature along with many amazing updates.
